Terms of Service

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate business information, protect account credentials, and be legally able to conduct the business activity represented. Buyer accounts are free. Supplier access and plan benefits require an active paid subscription unless the platform expressly provides a trial or promotion.

2. Supplier subscriptions

Supplier plans are offered in the displayed one, two, or three-year terms. Product, storage, platform exposure, RFQ response, verification, and custom-domain limits depend on the purchased plan. Renewal is required to continue paid capabilities after the subscription end date. Fees already earned are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

3. Marketplace role

The platform helps buyers discover suppliers and exchange sourcing information. Unless expressly stated for a specific transaction, the platform is not the seller, buyer, manufacturer, importer, exporter, payment guarantor, inspection agency, or party to a supply contract. Users are responsible for commercial, legal, sanctions, product, quality, payment, shipping, customs, and counterparty due diligence.

4. Content and verification

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy, rights, and legality of company profiles, certifications, product information, images, and claims. Verification indicates only that submitted materials passed the platform's current review process; it is not a guarantee of identity, capability, product quality, or transaction performance. The platform may review, limit, suspend, or remove content or exposure.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not submit illegal, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, discriminatory, or fraudulent content.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, send spam, impersonate others, or misuse buyer contact information.
• Use inquiries and RFQs only for genuine business sourcing and keep confidential information out of public fields.

6. Service availability

We may change features, limits, categories, ranking, or technical requirements and may suspend access for security, maintenance, non-payment, misuse, or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, search position, inquiries, RFQ matches, supplier responses, or sales results.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated in these terms, and the platform is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, supplier or buyer conduct, or third-party services. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment, or repeated policy violations. Provisions concerning payments, content responsibility, disputes, and liability survive where appropriate.
