Buyers
Buyer accounts and sourcing tools are free. Verify your email before accessing records linked to your address. For a missing supplier response, include the inquiry or RFQ reference in your support request.
Suppliers
Include your supplier name, workspace URL, and affected product or lead reference. Subscription, custom domain, product exposure, RFQ quota, and verification eligibility depend on your current plan.
Security and abuse
Report suspected impersonation, fraudulent content, unauthorized access, spam, or exposed confidential information promptly. Do not send passwords, private keys, or full payment credentials by email.
